Lyndal Hughes
As founding principal of Stiller Hughes Consulting, Lyndal Hughes leads the executive coaching and team coaching practices. Lyndal also provides expertise in workforce change management, leadership, resilience, and workplace wellbeing. She has 20 years’ experience in implementing effective human capital strategies for blue-chip companies and government departments in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. As a former London-based Accenture executive, Lyndal offers rigour and insight to all the projects she works on.

Cheryl Brown specialises in talent building, team facilitation, coaching, and is a former Head of Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership Development at American Express. She has broad experience across a number of industries, including financial services, insurance, professional services, information technology, government, FMCG, manufacturing, mining, and law. Her expertise is invaluable in helping companies integrate talent building strategies into their organisational culture.
